OEOC Sets new Record in Hours without Accidents in Seismology Project

TEHRAN, Aug. 29 (Shana) – The Oil Exploration Operations Company (OEOC) of Iran has registered 3 million man-hours of work without accident in Sepehr 2D and 3D seismology project.


According to National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC), Hamid Tavousi, caretaker of the HSE department of OEOC, said all risky issues in operations were monitored by the unit in the project which has resulted in the record.

The project covers west of Azadegan oilfield located in southwestern Iran and the northern part of Darkhowin oilfield.
